30-day returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with any parts or accessories included. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery can't be accepted.

How to start a return

Email info@eclrey.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Because our products ship from a fulfillment partner, the return address may be different from the address on your package, and returns sent without approval may not be refundable.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return shipping — or, often, you won't need to send the item back at all; photos are enough. Original shipping fees (when charged) are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been checked, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may take a few more days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been sent to the warehouse for processing yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, please follow the return steps above.
