Shipping
Where do you ship?
To street addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or outside the United States right now.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered 2–6 business days after they ship — so most arrive within 3–8 business days of ordering. Holidays and bad weather can add a day or two.
How much is shipping?
$4.99 flat, and free on orders of $35 or more.
Where do orders ship from?
From a fulfillment warehouse in the United States. We use a fulfillment partner instead of running our own warehouse, so your package may come in the partner's box.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to show up.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us right away at info@eclrey.com. We can usually fix it before the order ships, but not after.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered — then it's on us (and often you won't need to send it back at all).
How do I start a return?
Email info@eclrey.com with your order number. We'll send the return address and instructions within 2 business days. Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — the return address is different from the one on your package.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Payment
How can I pay?
With PayPal, or with a major credit or debit card. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
What currency do you charge in?
U.S. dollars.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are shown before tax. Any applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
