Welcome to Tidy Nook. These terms apply when you browse or buy from our store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Tidy Nook is operated by eclrey Inc. (이클레이 주식회사), 98 Seokmo-ro 16beon-gil (오브스토리지), Yangchon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do 10055, Republic of Korea.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the permission of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate, complete information when you order.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Product photos are representative; colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen or between batches. We do our best to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but if we find an error in an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm or cancel it. We may change products and prices at any time.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

4. Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards (processed through PayPal or Shopify's checkout). You are charged when you place the order.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store — for example, by interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for anything unlawful. Reviews and other content you submit must be your own and must not be offensive or infringe anyone's rights; by submitting them you allow us to display them in connection with the store.

7. Our content

The text, images, logo, and design of Tidy Nook belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a link.

8. Third-party links

The store may link to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Product safety and use

Please use products as described and follow any instructions or warnings that come with them. Kitchen tools should be kept out of the reach of small children.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your state. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the place where you live. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — please email us.
